The engineering perimeter security systems are intended for creation of protected area along the perimeter of the “Transneft”objects , they are developed in accordance with the requirements of the current normative documents ,particularly: Federal law No.256 «Оn Security of fuel and energy complex”, Resolution of the Government of Russia No.458 « On Approval of Rules for ensuring safety and antiterroristic security of fuel and energy complex”.

Perimeter security fencing for “Transmneft” is delivered ready for assembly and represents complete fencing system with all required accessories and fastening components.
The fencing consists of several sections. Each section is confined by the posts, to which a welded panel in the frame from L-shaped steel is attached. For fastening the plates with though holes are used , fixation is made by furniture bolt 10 with vandal-proof nut. The posts from shaped pipe are covered with caps
Additional overhang protection is made over the top, it comprises special brackets and filling made of spiral safety barrier «Egoza».
Each post has metal gusset plates for welding to the oil pipe of Ø 530 mm, stability of which is ensured by the supports of Ø 180mm.
Gates and wickets may be part of the fencing structure to protect against unauthorized access of the transport and passengers; stands for lighting systems, alarm systems, video surveillance my be added.
The fence configuration depends on the customer’s requirements, the statement of work or respective design solutions.
The “Egoza” Works is ready to offer different types of configurations for metal wire-mesh fencing considering the specific features of each and every “Transneft”facility.
Modern fencing structures from metal panels “Topaz” make it possible to install an efficient barrier along the perimeter of the facilities of the fuel and energy complex within a short period of time and at low cost , on condition that a correct approach is called for and the project is developed with due account to the local specific features and safety conditions.
All types of fences may be equipped with technical security means among them with capacitive, infrared and vibrations sensors.
