Flat loop security barrier PBB “Egoza” to be AKL loops, arranged flat and clipped together in the cross points applicable for installation on the main fencing, gates or wickets. PBB coils to be of various size.
Standard “Egoza” concertina barbed wire security barriers are very efficient by providing enhanced security of the guarded facility but its application is limited. SBB requires room to overhang either side of the fencing that makes it hazardous to employees and bypassers. So, sometimes SBB cannot be fit into urban environment.
In such case, a perfect solution is flat fencing made of reinforced barbed tape (AKL) - flat loop security barrier (PBB). The PBB distinctive feature is two-dimension overlapped loops. Despite less security compared to “Egoza” concertina wire security barrier, flat security barrier provides the required level of protection.
FBB is used as anti-climb topping of swing or sliding gats and wickets to exclude entangling of barbed wire of the doors with the concertina barbed wire of the fencing.
A properly mounted flat security barrier is neater than a concertina SBB and notably less aggressive in appearance. Due to these design benefits, PBB is widely used for fencing of public areas, municipal facilities and along pedestrian paths.
Flat loop security barrier shows great anti-cutting property due to lack of spring compression (characteristic to SBB). Even complete cutting of FBB does not change the fencing geometry, if fencing structure remains undestroyed. Cutting of individual segments of barbed wire of flat security barrier even improves fence effectiveness.

“Egoza” barbed wire PBB comes in two dimensions: 500 mm and 900 mm high. Customized PBB can be of any diameter and with any number of spiral turns per meter.

The warranty period for SBB "Egoza" is 12 months from the date of shipment. If installation performed by the manufacturer, the warranty period is 18 months from the date of delivery.
Fencing accessories:
For this purpose, use a wire strainer when installing barbed wire SBB and PBB. It is a kit consisting of an eye-nut, a threaded pin, washers and nuts. The tensioner is installed on reinforced barb arms of the topping. The end of the 2.5-3.0 mm straining wire to be attached to the ring of the strainer. Tightness to be adjusted by rotating the ring of the eye nut. Straining wire sagging is recommended to be under 5 cm. Reinforced brackets to be installed on each 10th fencing post. Straining wire to be attached to the intermediate brackets by specific clips.
