MBB “Egoza”-900 stretched length - 20 m. Spiral turns per MBB meter – 5, adjacent loops clipped in five evenly spaced points on the circumference. Clip space – 400 mm.
“Egoza” MBB to be concertina security barrier 900 mm in diameter, 20 m long with each end attached to a metal frame. The frame has four handles for transportation and deployment and two connection fixtures to be used for transportation and connection with another MBB.
The frame provides rapid deployment and removing of the security barrier as well as safety transportation by road or by any other means of transportation, stacking and storage.
“Egoza” mobile security barriers can be connected one by one to make a security barrier of any length. It is designed to deploy protection barrier within several minutes in case of civil unrest, emergency conditions, blocking off roads by police or road services.
MBB is delivered without extra packing.

Concertina security barrier is manufactured in compliance with TU 25.93.12-016-99293177-2016;
Material specification for “Egoza” wire:
- Core wire for SBB «Egoza» - 2.5 mm steel carbon spring wire, GOST (DIN) 9850. At the customer’s request core wire is available either galvanized steel rope wire, GOST (DIN) 7372 or galvanized spring wire, GOST (DIN) 9389;
- Reinforced barbed tape - 0.5 mm-0.55 mm galvanized thin sheet steel, GOST (DIN) 14918;
Ø2.5 mm - galvanized low carbon steel wire, GOST (DIN) 3282
Environmental conditions for “Egoza” wire and products:
relative humidity up to 80% at 25°С;
ambient temperature from minus 65 up to plus 70°С;
wind speed of gusts up to 50 m/s;
rain intensity up to 40 mm/h;
exposure to dust, frost and snow.
Manufacturer warranty:
Warranty period for “Egoza” SBB - 12 months since the date of shipment.
