Overhang Fencing (OHF) it is an additional physical barrier located on top of the main filling of the perimeter security fence, fixed on corbels, with the possibility of filling with spiral and flat security barriers “Egoza", Topaz” Panel, razor and reinforced razor wires, нитями АКЛ, АСКЛ and wire GOST (DIN) 285-69. The overhang fencing significantly increases the protective properties of the perimeter security fence.

The overhang barrier is installed on a metal fence, on a reinforced concrete fence, on the roof of a building, capital or temporary structure. The OHF makes an additional barrier on the top, increases the height of the fence and provides additional protection to deter climbing and breaching perimeter in Chelyabinsk. The anti-corrosion coating of the corbel provides reliable environmental protection.

The “Egoza” Works manufactures a wide range of corbels that differ:

Overhang Barrier on Straight Vertical Corbel:

Design: the set consists of vertical corbels to which a flat security barrier (FSB), single-base Barbed Wire GOST (DIN) 285-69 or reinforced razor wire is fixed. The overhang fence of this type does not protrude beyond the plane of the fence. This type is often installed, for example, on swing or sliding gates and wickets, so that the barbed wire of the entrance does not engage with the wire on the overhang of the main fence.

Overhang Barrier on L-shaped Corbel:

Design: the set consists of corbels installed at 45° angle. The L-shaped overhang can also be a united structural part of the fence post.

A mesh panel, flat or spiral security barrier, or single-base Barbed Wire GOST (DIN) 285-69 is usually attached to the corbel.

Overhang Barrier on Y-shaped Corbel:

Design: the set consists of corbels forming a V-shaped configuration to which the spiral security barrier “Egoza”, reinforced razor wire, single-base barbed wire GOST (DIN) 285-69, Topaz chain-link panel (sometimes combined with Spiral Security Barrier) are attached.

Installation:

Depending on the configuration of the overhang fencing, the first and every tenth corbel are reinforced, they have stiffeners and holes for tension wire clips in their structures.

Between the reinforced corbels, a tension wire is stretched, which is the supporting part of the filling of the overhang fencing. The wire is attached by clips to the intermediate corbels. The safety barrier is placed on the tension wire and secured with a twist wire.

At the request of the customer, the overhang fence can be supplied as separate items, or as a unit with posts, main mesh fencing, barbed wire and hardware kit. In the second case, the consumer receives a fully finished, complete security fence, the design of which provides all the required items for compatibility and quick assembly.
